Re: "Charges against cops stayed due to court delays," the Now, March 7.

I understand that the statute of limitations for criminal offences is 21 years, not 22 months.

Spears and Jensen should man up and face the charges in open court - not hide behind some mere technicality. Justice delayed is justice denied and Mr. Booker is again the victim.
