Everyone is invited to South Surrey & White Rock Chamber of Commerce's Annual Networking BBQ, set for Thursday, Aug. 9.

The event, which also celebrates the Chamber's 75th anniversary, runs from 4: 30 to 7: 30 p.m. at Camp Alexandra in Crescent Beach. There will be food, games for the kids, contests, prizes, music for the "Shore Beats Workin'" theme. Entry is $15 per person, and children under 12 are free. Registration is required.
