For one spooky night only, Daniel Wesley is coming home.
The White Rock-born rock singer-songwriter is making a return performance at the Star of the Sea Community Centre on Saturday, Oct. 27, several years after he performed a scorching summer set there.
The "Halloween Howl" concert is a benefit for the White Rock Fire Fighters Charity Association to construct an all-abilities park near the beach. Costumes are encouraged for the 19-plus event.
Opening for Wesley is alternative rockabilly quintet Six Gun Romeo. There will be a DJ between performances and a cash bar. By donation, drivers from Operation Red Nose will safely take home anyone who has too much drink.
Tickets are $30 and can be purchased at the White Rock Fire Hall or online at wrff. eventbrite.ca. Tickets won't be sold at the door. For more information, call 604-5316045 or visit wrff.ca.
