LOCAL TRAVELLERS

Local hikers Charlene and John DeGlopper are back to share their recent trip to prerevolt Egypt March 26 from 7 to 8: 30 p.m. at the Chilliwack Library. Armchair travel with them to Egypt, Jordan and Israel. Registration is not required for this free program, but register early, as seating is limited to the first 50 people to arrive.

FIRST NATIONS CONFERENCE

The Legacy of Hope Foundation will be present at the

Journey of Heroes conference March 27 and 28 at the Se: math Longhouse.

The Foundation will present their 100 Years of Loss Exhibition and Edu-Kits designed to support educators and adminstrators at all levels in raising awareness and ehanced understanding about the history and legacy of the residential schools.

The Truth and Reconciliation Commission will also be in attendance.
