Several special events are planned at White Rock Library.

On Feb. 4, a session sheds light on the basics of aromatherapy, with Colleen Thompson.

"Staying Fit at Home" will be discussed Feb. 20.

Also planned is a Violette-led session on card making for kids, Feb. 6 at 3: 30 p.m.

On March 20, Joseph the Magician does a one-hour show. Also for kids, half-hour storytimes happen Wednesdays from 10: 30 to 11 a.m. from Jan. 16 to March 13.

In a March 4 event, John Gordon shows how to photograph birds in the Lower Mainland.
