Bouygues Building Canada employees volunteer to package tulip bulbs for Surrey Memorial Hospital Foundation's Tulips for Tomorrow campaign. CLUBS/GROUPS

White Rock Laughter Yoga Club meets on the last Tuesday of every month, from 7-8 p.m., at White Rock Library, 15342 Buena Vista Ave., with leaders Nicole Worden and Carol Ann Shannon. Info: 6045412201, www.laughteryoga.ca.

Newcomers Club of White Rock/South Surrey meets first Tuesday (September to June) from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 2350 148 St., Surrey. First visit is free.

Membership is $30 per year. South Surrey Soul Sisters, a Gogo group under auspices of Stephen Lewis Foundation, supporting African grandmothers raising 14 million orphaned children, holds monthly meetings. All are welcome (you do not need to be a grandmother). Info, email claremar@ shaw.ca. Next meeting will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 19 at Whitecliff Retirement Residence, 15501 16th Ave., White Rock.

SUPPORT GROUPS

Fraser Valley Multiple Miracles: Non-profit society offers support for families of multiples (twins, triplets, etc.). Group meets monthly at Clayton Hall in Surrey on first Wednesday of each month (excluding Dec. and June), 7 p.m., providing support, friendship and fun for moms of multiples, exploring challenges and experiences. Special events, cooking classes, exercise sessions and more. Info: 604-531-3107.
