SURREY - Anyone know the story behind a green helmet that's hanging by a wire at the intersection of 152nd Street and 104th Avenue in Guildford?

If yes, we'd like to hear from you.

"We believe it's a lineman helmet that's attached on the primary wire," Surrey Deputy Fire Chief John Caviglia offered.

"It appears to be done professionally so it's probably a lineman that attached a helmet there. We are guessing that the reason why is probably because that's where the guy retired and that was the last job he worked on.

"It's definitely not a firefighter's helmet," Caviglia noted.
