The parking rates at the White Rock waterfont are ridiculous. For residents of South Surrey, like me, who would like to go down in an evening just to walk along the boulevard and onto the pier, I will not do it and now choose to go along to Crescent Beach, rather.

Sorry for the ice cream and coffee shops, etc. that do not get my impulse dollars. Make it more affordable for us "local" residents and perhaps we will come back. Even the discounts shown in the Entertainment Book are not enough to entice me down. Soon nobody will go.
