Sunshine Hills Elementary principal Rick Hall (foreground) has plenty of enthusiastic supporters behind him as he heads to the storm-ravaged Big Apple this weekend to compete in the New York City Marathon. A lifelong running enthusiast, Hall started a half-marathon program at the North Delta school that has attracted more than 200 kids to run with him three times each week.
