A North Delta man has been charged with attempted murder and two counts of aggravated assault after a woman was stabbed during a domestic fight in the 9400-block of 116th Street last Friday night.

Delta Police have not released the name of the accused or his alleged victim.

Acting Sgt. Lisa Coupar said the woman is recovering and her condition is considered stable.

Police used a Taser to subdue the suspect at the scene while an ambulance rushed the woman to hospital.
