Re: "'I'm done' with politics, Gentner says" the Now, Oct. 25.

Guy Gentner will be missed by the citizens of North Delta. Over the years, he has been a tireless worker for our community and the issues that have affected it.

As councillor and then an MLA, he maintained his independent voice when he felt strongly about an issue and stood up for what he believed in. We need more representatives like him.

Good luck to you Guy in whatever endeavours you embark on in the future.
