Howard Zatwornitzki of Natural West Coast Adventures shows German exchange students from Elgin Park Secondary school the basics of kayaking at Blackie Spit Park in South Surrey. The unseasonably warm, dry weather is perfect for outdoor sports like kayaking, providing excellent views as well as calm boating conditions. There is a chance of showers in the forecast, but the great weather is going to linger on a bit longer. Natural West Coast Adventures offers lessons for all levels through October.
