Rotten tomatoes to the person who stole the flower planters from our daughter's memorial site at the corner of 152nd Street and 64th Avenue. What type of person steals from a memorial site? We put flowers there to look at something beautiful, instead of remembering what we saw that night. We have replaced the planters now, please leave them there. They are for our daughter and for the community.
Rotten tomatoes to the person who took my oscillating sprinkler from the garden in front of my house. I hope you didn't illegally water your lawn with it.
Rotten tomatoes right back to the person who is offended by motorcyclists wearing a turban. Educate yourself - the RCMP have no law to enforce. These people don't think they are exempt, they are - by law. Let's hope you can re-educate your bigoted self. Canada doesn't need you!
Rotten tomatoes to the person who launched an attack on motorcyclists in turbans. Canadian law allows motorcyclists to wear a turban instead of a helmet - therefore, the law is being followed. Perhaps you should get yourself educated before embarrassing yourself in the newspaper again.
Rotten tomatoes to the guys who delivered the new trash bins on 161st Street. Are you so afraid of work that you had to drop the bins off the back of the truck onto the street? One of our bins has a lid that won't close completely and I checked with some neighbours and they have dented lids as well. Tomatoes to the city for hiring these incompetent workers.
Rotten tomatoes to the City of Surrey regarding the new waste program in high-density neighbourhoods. In East Clayton, the back alleys where the three new bins are to be placed on pick-up day are already cramped. Placement of bins before and after pickup will obstruct people from exiting and entering their garages and most likely we will have to exit our vehicles to move other people's bins to enter our properties. It will be one big congested mess.
