Two joggers were run down in a hit-and-run collision in South Surrey on Monday night.

Police say the women, ages 51 and 54, are expected to recover from their injuries. They were taken to Royal Columbian Hospital, one by air ambulance.

Police are looking for a white crossover vehicle with front-end damage. The women were struck in a crosswalk, at 152nd Street and 32nd Avenue, shortly before 8 p.m. Police said they were wearing reflective clothing and headlamps.
