Rotten tomatoes to the person who wrote here, "blame your swearing on Tourettes!" Every day my six-year-old struggles with the physical, emotional, academic and social effects of Tourette Syndrome. It is not something to joke about. Educate yourself.
Irish roses to Dublin Crossing Irish pub in Cloverdale for hosting a killer Halloween party - and for consistently being the most vibrant bar in town. Also, roses to the Pat Chessell Band for rocking it like usual. This city needs more places like the Dub!
A bus full of roses to cheerful bus drivers. I commute five days a week to UBC, and you make my trip so much more enjoyable!
Rotten tomatoes to the woman who accused me of spraying disinfectant on her - when I was only trying to spray my mat. This gym does not belong to you - go work out somewhere else if you're going to have that kind of attitude. I hope you're reading this so you will be embarrassed about yourself and your actions.
Three cans of roses to the City of Surrey for the waste collection program. I love it! And especially the little green kitchen container I have sitting on my kitchen counter - it's so handy and easy to put all the organics in there and throw it in the big bin later. It's great. Thank you city hall and keep up the good work!
Rotten tomatoes to the person who stole my umbrella theatre and did not have a conscience to bring it back to me. I hope you feel very happy and proud of yourself that you stole something that belonged to me. And I hope karma gets you in the end.
Rotten tomatoes to the City of Surrey for continually ignoring homeowners and builders who alter houses just after final inspection. They fill in open patios and add an illegal suite. My street (40 houses) is zoned single family, but at least 20 homes have suites. Instead of increasing taxes why don't you try enforcing existing bylaws?
Tomatoes to people who just can't bear to mind their own business for more than a day.
Red roses to all the people who came running to help me when I fell outside of Safeway at Sunshine Hills. And a special thank-you to Rob for driving me home. It's nice to know there are still caring people in this world.
A toilet full of rotten tomatoes to the people we've noticed lately who, in broad daylight, use the hydro field between 128th and 132nd around the 92nd block paved walkway to pee or poop. And yes, the disgusting culprits are men and women. What is wrong with you? The world is not your toilet!
Rotten tomatoes to the City of Surrey regarding the new waste program in high-density neighbourhoods. In East Clayton, the back alleys where the three new bins are to be placed on pickup day are already cramped. Placement of bins before and after pickup will obstruct people from exiting and entering their garages and most likely we will have to exit our vehicles to move other people's bins to enter our properties. It will be one big congested mess.
