Two members of the Delta Sungod Swim Club qualified for the provincial AA swimming championships with a strong showing at the Lower Mainland Regional Championship meet March 8-10.

Caralyn Vossen (15) met the AA meet standard with a gold medal in the 100-metre breaststroke while Amrit Sandhu (14) was fourth in the 100m free and fifth in the 100m backstroke.

Both swimmers advance to June's B.C. AA Championship meet in Victoria.
