We hear a lot about homeowners and their concerns regarding radiation emitted by smart meters.

I am more concerned about apartment and condo complexes, where there is a panel with sometimes up to a hundred of these meters. Worse, in our building, this panel is located in a common hallway, with adjoining tenants on both sides and above, as well as right across the hall, not eight feet way.
