Is this the future of transit in Surrey?

A full-scale, 60-foot-long model of a fancy new light-rail vehicle was on site at Surrey's Canada Day event, giving the public a first look at the Bombardier-built "Flexity Freedom" technology. One day, the vehicle could be used on three light-rail lines planned by the City of Surrey, from the downtown area to Guildford, Newton and Langley. For details, visit surrey.ca/RapidTransitNow.
