Canadian Mental Health Association (Delta branch) is running another "Living Life to the Full" course facilitated by Carolyn Bell, MA. "The course is useful for low mood, depression, and anxiety, and covers strategies for feeling better now, and runs for eight, enjoyable 90-minute sessions.
