Guided tours of Surrey Art Gallery's new ceramics-focused exhibits are happening on two dates in February.

Leading the first tour on Saturday, Feb. 2 (from 3 to 4 p.m., free admission) is guest curator Rachel Lafo, who will provide background on the approaches and techniques of artists Alex McLeod and Brendan Tang, whose works are featured in The future is already here.

On Thursday, Feb. 21 (from 7 to 8: 30 p.m., by donation), the gallery's curator of exhibitions, Jordan Strom, will explore Ornamentalism: Clint Neufeld and Dirk Staschke and Beyond the Vessel's Edge: Ceramics from the Permanent Collection.
